1. General provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer for the provision of services granting access to the functionality of the Kopium service available at kopium.ru.
1.2. The contractor under this offer is a self-employed citizen of the Russian Federation: Кочев Анатолий Владимирович, taxpayer identification number 593500480785, applying the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income”.
1.3. A user is any individual who uses the website and/or pays for access to paid Kopium plans.
1.4. Payment for a plan, registration in the service, or actual use of the service means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
2. Subject of the offer
2.1. The contractor provides the user with access to materials, tools, and functionality of the Kopium service.
2.2. The user agrees to comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, this offer, and the service usage rules.
2.3. Services are provided remotely via kopium.ru.
3. Service price and payment procedure
3.1. Paid services are provided according to the plans published on the “Pricing” page of kopium.ru.
3.2. Payment is made by cashless payment through the connected payment service provider.
3.3. Access to the paid plan is granted after successful payment.
3.4. The contractor issues a receipt for each payment in accordance with the rules of the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income”.
4. Refunds and payment cancellation
4.1. The user may request payment cancellation or a refund by sending a request to: support@kopium.ru.
4.2. The request should include: account email, payment date, payment amount, selected plan, and reason for the refund.
4.3. The user may withdraw from the service agreement at any time in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
4.4. The contractor provides a full refund if the user submits a request within 3 calendar days from the payment date, provided that the user has not actually started using the paid functionality of the service.
4.5. Actual use of paid functionality means using service features that are not available on the free plan, including creating, processing, exporting, saving, or otherwise using materials through the paid plan.
4.6. If the user has started actually using the paid functionality of the service, the refund is made less the cost of services actually provided and the contractor’s actually incurred expenses related to the performance of the agreement.
4.7. Refunds are not made for services already provided, actually used paid functionality, and expired access periods, except where required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
4.8. If the service cannot be used due to a technical issue caused by the contractor, the user may request recalculation or a refund for the period during which the service was not actually provided.
4.9. Refund requests are reviewed within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.
4.10. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for payment, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
5. Registration and security
5.1. If the user has an account, they are responsible for keeping their login data secure.
5.2. The user agrees not to transfer their account credentials to third parties.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
The contractor may:
- Remove or edit content that violates the service rules;
- Restrict access to the website in case of violations of this offer;
- Update the terms of this offer;
- Perform maintenance, updates, and improvements of the service.
The user agrees to:
- Not post unlawful or offensive content;
- Not violate the rights of third parties or legal requirements;
- Not use the service for illegal purposes;
- Pay for selected paid services when using them.
7. Liability
7.1. The user is responsible for their actions on the website. The contractor is not liable for losses caused by the user.
7.2. The kopium.ru service is provided “as is”. While the contractor strives to ensure uninterrupted operation, the contractor does not guarantee 24/7 availability.
7.3. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting provider issues, payment system issues, communication operator issues, or other reasons.
7.4. In the event of service interruptions, the contractor will make reasonable efforts to restore access as soon as possible.
8. Changes to the offer
8.1. The contractor may change the terms of this offer at any time.
8.2. The new version of the offer comes into force from the moment it is published on kopium.ru, unless otherwise stated in the new version.
8.3. Continued use of the website after publication of the new version means that the user agrees to the updated terms.
9. Final provisions
9.1. All disputes under this offer are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
